Coderland trains, hires and sells with one tool.
Reps practise on AI buyers, and so do job candidates before an offer. On real calls the team works from a Sunnyside brief, and Ben, one of their reps, reads his call notes from inside Claude.

About Coderland
Coderland is a software services company. Its sales team works across Latin America, Spain and the US, in Spanish and English, and most of its selling happens on discovery calls and over email. The team started with Sunnyside for sales practice in July 2026. By October they were using it for four jobs.
In Ben's words
“If a client throws something at you that you're not expecting, having the answer right in front of you is super helpful.”
Ben joined Coderland's sales team in Panama with no experience on sales calls. He practised on Sunnyside before his first ones, and now uses it on calls in Spanish and English. He is learning Spanish, so he practises his Spanish calls too.

1. Weekly practice for the sales team
The team has a weekly practice call with an AI buyer. It is a voice call, scored afterwards, and a rep can run it again as many times as they want.
- Reps choose Spanish or English for each practice call.
- One rep told us the practice helps him handle objections and tell the story differently for each region.
- Before Ben started cold calling, he practised two cold-call scenarios. Sergio said one of Ben's next calls went well because of it.
2. A sales call as part of the interview
Coderland wanted to hear a candidate sell before making an offer. For an SDR opening, each candidate gets a link to a 5 to 7 minute role-play in Spanish where they open the call, handle an objection and close. Sunnyside scores the attempt, writes a one-page evaluation and keeps the recording, and the hiring team listens to it alongside the interview before they decide.
“My sales reps are more prepared and confident when handling technical questions.”

3. Prep and help on customer calls
Sergio says the prep is the part he values most. Before one prospect call he opened the brief a few minutes ahead, and he told us the call went well because of it.
- A prep email arrives each morning with the day's meetings. The brief draws on their Zoho CRM, Zoho Voice calls and past meetings.
- On the call, Sunnyside shows answers and objection replies from the documents, FAQs and training material the team uploaded. Notes and action items are ready when the call ends.
4. Their calls, inside Claude
Ben asked to reach Sunnyside from his own AI tool, so he connected it to Claude. He now asks Claude about his past calls, his notes and his next prep there, instead of switching to Sunnyside.
